Designer Recruitment are proud to be working with a bespoke kitchen company and their showroom in the Liverpool area. This rapidly-expanding retailer require a Showroom Manager of high-quality sales and design ability to join the team and drive the showroom forward.
This is a permanent position paying £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus for the right Showroom Manager.
This would suit someone who has previous experience managing a showroom or a senior designer who has at least 4 years experience and is looking to step up to a management role.
Duties of the Showroom Manager:
- Managing the Designing and selling team to create bespoke kitchens
- Maintaining showroom standards at all times
- Ensuring customers and clients are well looked after with a huge focus on the customer journey
- Liaising with other departments and support to ensure communication is kept to the highest level
- Producing high-quality renders with their design software if required
- Promoting the company brand and acting as an ambassador for the business
- Attending events put on by the business or that the business requires representation for
Showroom Manager requirements :
- Previous showroom management experience and people management experience ideal
- Knowledge of Fusion 2020, AutoCAD, Compusoft or ArtiCAD preferred
- Saturday working required with a day off in the week
- A proven sales background
- Kitchen Design and sales experience essential
