Senior Sales Designer - London Area

Designer Recruitment are seeking a Senior Sales Designer for our client based in South West London. Our client is a leading supplier of Italian furniture and they work with bespoke joineries to create stunning Kitchens, Bedrooms and Bathrooms in the residential market. 

This position pays up to £40,000 per annum + Commission with on-target earnings of £70,000 uncapped. 

This position also has the exciting opportunity to progress to a Showroom Director as our client is looking to grow and expand the business. 

Senior Sales Designer duties:

• Designing and selling bespoke Italian kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms 

• Initially immersing yourself in our client's current projects 

• Reviewing how our client currently works and meeting weekly with the Managing Director 

• Slowly moving into managing  a mid-weight designer who is here as your number two 

• Managing all leads that come via the marketing company 

• Following up on leads in a timely manner 

• Selling and leading on new projects 

• Delivering projects with our designers

• Maintaining showroom standards and cleanliness at all times

• Being a brand ambassador for our client when in or out of the showroom

What's in it for you: 

• Up to £40,000 basic salary + commission

• Showroom-based – Monday to Friday 9:30 –17:30 

• Saturday by appointment only with days taken in lieu 

• 25 days holiday including public holidays
