Designer Recruitment are seeking a Project Manager or Surveyor to work in the sought-after destination of Sydney, Australia. 
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join a growing retailer in Australia and manage kitchen projects through surveying and supporting our client's customers. 
The package:
	- £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
- 11% Pension
- £9,000 car allowance

Project Manager duties:
	- Providing a superior customer experience from the showroom to the kitchen handover
- Checking and measuring at the final handover of the kitchen to the customer
- Developing trust, rapport and confidence with the customer and the associated tradespeople
- 
	Ensuring that check measures are carried out promptly and efficiently and that orders are presented to the factory complete in all detail and on time 
- 
	Confirm that the customer has a clear understanding of the kitchen design, the finishes of the kitchen and what accessories are included 
- 
	Being responsible for making sure the customer is 100% aware of the process from start to finish and is to communicate effectively 
- 
	Conducting monthly trades meetings that facilitate feedback and include supplier training at their premises 
- 
	Ensuring the integrity of designs, quality of workmanship and completion of install within company standards and expectations 
- 
	Managing installers and trades to company standards, which includes ensuring installers are paying their rebates 
- 
	Carrying out onsite check measures scheduled by the Customer Service Representative 
- 
	Confirming delivery date with customers 
- 
	Visiting the customer on-site after the initial installation
