Salary & Commission: OTE £65K – £100K+
Job Summary
We are representing a prestigious luxury kitchen company and are looking for an exceptional Remote Kitchen Sales Designer to join their team.
This role is primarily remote-based, with responsibility for managing and converting leads across the Cumbria region. You will still conduct client appointments and present designs within designated showrooms when required. Candidates must be based in Cumbria or the North East of England to support regional coverage.
The successful candidate will guide customers through the complete kitchen design and sales process, from initial consultation through to final sign-off. This role combines creative design skills, technical knowledge, and strong sales ability to deliver functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchens that meet customer needs, budgets, and timelines. Providing an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual sales targets is key.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert regional leads across Cumbria while working predominantly remotely

Conduct customer consultations remotely, in customers’ homes, and in-showroom when required

Understand customer lifestyle, needs, preferences, and budget

Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process

Present and sell bespoke kitchens, boot-rooms, utilities, bedrooms, appliances, worktops, and accessories

Achieve or exceed individual sales targets aligned with company KPIs

Upsell complementary products and services where appropriate

Handle customer objections professionally and close sales confidently

Manage client expectations from initial order through to final sign-off

Complete customer site surveys and final contracts

Experienced in using CAD design software

Experience designing and selling luxury kitchens preferred

Knowledge of appliances, worktops, and cabinetry construction
