Designer Recruitment are seeking a Head of Sales for a luxury interiors company based in London.
This role will incorporate the management of multiple showrooms in the London area and their staff.
This is a permanent position paying up to £65,000 for the right Head of Retail.
Head of Sales duties:
- Managing multiple showroom performances and staff individual performances
- Training and coaching staff to use their CRM system
- Providing critical analysis of showroom sales to the company Directors
- Developing relationships across all retail parts of the business
- Lead strategic development and execution of the company sales strategy
- Raising brand awareness through all channels including architects and interior designers
- Presenting and executing business development targets
- Dealing with high-net-worth individuals by establishing partnerships
- Overseeing performance reviews with Designers and other members of staff in the Retail department
- Working closely with the management team to develop all showrooms and staff members
- Setting performance goals in line with company policies and targets
This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a similar position in the luxury furniture industry or has experience managing multiple showrooms at one time.
Head of Sales requirements:
- Minimum management experience of 5 years
- A strong understanding of the luxury interiors market
- Must have multiple showroom or store management experience
- Previous coaching and training experience with CRM software
