The Role
Our client is looking for a Client Relations Journey Manager to oversee kitchen projects from order confirmation through to installation completion.
You will act as the key point of contact for customers, coordinating each stage of the journey, managing communication, and ensuring all internal teams are aligned throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Managing customer communication throughout each project
- Creating and managing project WhatsApp groups
- Coordinating surveys, design sign-off, and installation scheduling
- Liaising with designers, logistics, and installation teams
- Monitoring project timelines and progress
- Supporting customers during installation
- Ensuring smooth project completion and aftercare
- Requesting customer reviews following completion
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer service experience
- High attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience within kitchens, construction, or interiors
- Project coordination experience
